NVIDIA joined Google DeepMind and EMBL-EBI to release predicted 3D structures for over 2,800 viruses via the AlphaFold Database using AlphaFold2 and NVIDIA BioNeMo Inference Runtime, and openly released the BioNeMo Structure Prediction Pipeline for researchers to predict structures for their own targets.
